Growing up in the Black Sea region of Turkey, I developed a love for fresh, seasonal ingredients and the art of cooking from scratch. With years of experience in the restaurant industry, I have expanded my skills to include food photography, video editing, and storytelling—bringing my culinary creations to life. Inspired by my farming background and Mediterranean flavors, I now focuses on sharing budget-friendly, nutritious homemade meals, making wholesome eating accessible to busy families.

City Of Giresun boasts a rich and diverse food culture that reflects its unique geographical location along the Black Sea coast. Known for its abundance of fresh seafood, Giresun offers a wide array of dishes featuring, Sardine (HAMSI) and other local catches.

The region is also famous for its cherry production, with cherry orchards dotting the lush landscape. Locals take pride in incorporating cherries into both savory and sweet dishes, creating a delightful balance of flavors. Cornbread is a staple in Giresun cuisine, often served alongside hearty stews and grilled meats. Where It All Began

Our story stated in the north Black Sea region of Turkey. It's a little city by the coast line called Giresun, Spent most of my child hood in this little neighborhood called Uzuncakum it's the street right after tunnel separates city and country part if the state. This little cove where we learn to swim and fishing combing the beach all day long worked on the garden taking care of animals especially summer times we build ourselves a boat from a Styrofoam that we collected from beaches. This was our transportation to the Island. We gat up very early in the morning pack everything that we needed including grill that we can cook some of the fish hat we cut along the way. Started rowing our way to the island it's not an easy trip by any means we had to take turn to rest while others rowing. it's an adventure's of child hood. One of many adventure's
